What Services Do We Offer to Residents in Greenfield?

Because of our location and number of volunteers, we aren’t able to provide all of our services to every town and county we serve. However, we strive to help as many people as possible with the following services:

Waiver Programs

These programs are designed to help disabled individuals in the community. If you are in need of this kind of service, you can receive:

  • Supported Community Living – This helps the client develop daily living skills in their own home.
  • Respite – This program gives guardians or parents of dependent people a temporary break by caring for the individual in their home, community, or service provider’s home.
  • Consumer Directed Attendant Care – Helps clients in their homes or communities with tasks they cannot complete themselves.
  • Home-Based Habilitation – Helps the client in their home with acquiring, retaining, or improving skills that will help them live independently.
  • Interim Medical Monitoring and Treatment – Gives the client medical assistance, medical monitoring, and medical intervention when needed on a regular or emergency basis in the client’s home.

You don’t have to be a certain age to get these services. We serve everyone, from newborns to the elderly.

Waiver Homes

Many individuals need 24-hour care, which is why Family Resource Center opened waiver homes in Carroll. However, we can connect you with a waiver home in your area, where individuals can learn how to develop financial management, cooking, cleaning, and shopping skills, retaining some of their independence while working in the group home setting. The group home can also teach individuals about personal relationships and connecting to the communities they live in.
