Families eligible for crisis child care benefits must be a resident of Audubon, Carroll, Greene, or Guthrie counties in Iowa.
- Crisis Child Care provides free, short-term child care to children whose families are experiencing a crisis or emergency in their lives and lack adequate child care for their children.
- Child care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- This program provides a safe and nurturing environment for children, newborn to 12 years of age (or age 17 if the child has special needs).
- Crisis Child Care respects the privacy of families. Your crisis is kept strictly confidential.
