Job Description

What does a Service Provider do?  Service Providers provide Respite, Supported Community Living (SCL), Consumer-Directed Attendant Care (CDAC), Intermittent Medical Monitoring and Treatment (IMMT), or Home-Based Habilitation services.

What are the qualifications?  Applicants must have at least one year of experience working with individuals who have mental and/or physical disabilities.  Applicants must be trained or willing to be trained in Child and Adult CPR, First Aid, and Mandatory Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Reporting.
