Fall Affair

What is the Fall Affair?

The Fall Affair is an annual event put on by the Family Resource Center to raise funds for the services and goods we provide to the community. We serve a large number of people in 23 counties across Western Iowa. The Fall Affair helps us raise money to help provide care for the less fortunate in these communities in the case of an emergency or impending homelessness. Our services also help the elderly and those with mental/physical disabilities to retain or develop a sense of autonomy while also getting the help they need.

Attendees can bid on donated items in the live and silent auctions, such as sports game tickets, quilts, and other items donated by businesses or individuals in the community. Attendees can also donate products like toilet paper, toothbrushes, hand soap, and much more to help the clients we serve on a daily basis.

2019 Fall Affair

2019’s Fall Affair starts at 6 pm on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Reuter’s in Carroll, Iowa and will end at 10 pm. The night will include:

  • Hors d’oeuvres provided by Hyvee
  • Cash bar provided by Hyvee Wine & Spirits
  • Music provided by All Strings Attached Studio
  • Live & Silent Auction
  • Tickets at $40 a person or $80 a couple.
