April’s Growing Pinwheel Garden is a collaboration of Family Resource Center and Carroll High School. We have created this fundraiser not only to support the community growth and abuse prevention programs here at FRC, but also to bring to a demonstrable and tangible display of the generosity and reinforcement that thrives within the community of Carroll.
Every $5 donated a Pinwheel is planted. Greet CHS students with a field of blue for Child Abuse Prevention Month.
